Most brokers still send a plot by forwarding the owner’s WhatsApp message. That forward carries the owner’s phone, and sometimes the lowest price the owner will accept. The buyer calls the owner. The broker who did the work is out of the deal. The owner vault is the part of Estavik that stops that, for brokers and mediators anywhere in India.
When you add a listing, four things stay private: the owner’s name, the owner’s phone, the owner’s address, and the bottom price. Bottom price is the figure you do not want a buyer or another broker to see. Public fields stay public: property type, locality, size, facing, asking price, and photos.
The vault is not a hidden folder you remember to use. Those fields are stored separately from the share page. A customer link is built from the public fields only. Staff on your account see the public fields of listings you assign them. They do not see the vault unless you approve a short, timed request for one listing.
The customer gets a link in WhatsApp. The page shows photos, the locality, the size, and the asking price, plus your phone number so they reply to you. It does not show the owner. If you pasted a chat that included the owner’s number, that number is routed into the vault during parsing. It is not copied onto the public card.
A co-broker link is a different object. You can require the other broker to accept a commission split before the property details open. That step is Commission Protect. The owner’s number still stays off their screen.
Photos on the share can carry your name as a watermark, so a screenshot still points back to you. You can turn a link off after the property is marked sold or after a buyer goes quiet. The old URL then says the link is no longer active.
This is the same rule on the free plan and on paid plans. The free plan allows 5 listings and 10 photos on each. Free plan: 5 listings, 10 photos each, 3 AI text queries a month. Basic is Rs.249, Pro Rs.449, Platinum Rs.999 per month, before tax. Paid plans add 18% GST.
Read the longer habit guide: how brokers share on WhatsApp without exposing the owner, and the plot-specific post how to share a plot without leaking the owner number.
Open the link on a second phone that is not logged into your account. If you can see the owner, stop. The field is in the wrong place. Move it to the vault and generate the link again. This ten-second check is worth more than any promise on a website. Do it the first week until your hands know the difference between a customer link and a chat forward.
Estavik is free to start: 5 listings and 10 photos each. Paid plans are Rs.249, Rs.449, and Rs.999 per month, + 18% GST.
