Get Started - Download AppYes. You can upgrade your plan at any time from inside the app under Settings - Subscription. The upgrade takes effect immediately. You can also downgrade, and the change takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No penalties for changing plans.
Your data is never deleted when you downgrade. All your listings, customers, vault data, commissions, and history are preserved. You will only lose access to features that are not part of the Free plan, such as the portfolio page and commission tracker. If you have more than 5 listings, existing listings stay but you cannot add new ones until you are below the Free limit.
The Free plan itself is a permanent free tier - not a time-limited trial. You can use it as long as you want. There is no separate free trial for paid plans, but the Free plan gives you enough features to evaluate the app before upgrading. You can also earn free days by referring other mediators through the referral programme.
The prices shown (Rs.249, Rs.449, Rs.999) are base prices before GST. An additional 18% GST is applicable as per Indian tax law. So the total you pay is Rs.294/month for Basic, Rs.530/month for Pro, and Rs.1,179/month for Platinum. A GST invoice is provided for all paid plans with our GSTIN: 33BMVPA2143N2ZV.
Annual billing charges you upfront for 12 months at a discounted rate equivalent to 10 months - you effectively get 2 months free. Basic annual is Rs.2,490/year (saves Rs.498), Pro annual is Rs.4,490/year (saves Rs.898), Platinum annual is Rs.9,990/year (saves Rs.1,998). Annual subscriptions are eligible for pro-rata refunds within the first 30 days.
Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. You can pay using UPI, debit card, credit card, or net banking. All major Indian banks and payment apps are supported including PhonePe, Google Pay, and Paytm.
Full refund - if you are charged twice for the same period due to a technical error, charged after a confirmed cancellation, or a feature stops working completely due to a bug on our side and we cannot fix it within 7 business days.
Pro-rata refund (annual plans only) - if you cancel an annual plan within the first 30 days, we refund the remaining months minus GST already remitted. Example: Pro annual Rs.4,490, cancel after 2 months - you receive Rs.3,740 for the remaining 10 months.
Not eligible - monthly subscriptions after the billing period starts, annual plans cancelled after 30 days, forgetting to cancel before renewal, or downgrading between paid plans.
