The app will show you a clear message when you are close to your limit. You can delete or close older properties to make space, or upgrade to the next plan. All existing listings are safe — nothing is deleted automatically.

Yes. Cancel anytime from the app settings. Your paid plan stays active until the end of the billing period. After that, your account moves to the Free plan automatically — your data is never deleted.

Pay once for 12 months and get 2 months free. For example, Basic yearly is ₹990 instead of ₹1,188. Your plan renews automatically at the end of the year unless you cancel.

100%. Owner information is locked at the database level to only the person who added the listing. Not your staff, not your partner mediators, not us — only you. Share links and customer pages never contain owner data. It is technically impossible for owner info to appear on a share link.

All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. You can pay using UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), debit card, credit card, or net banking. No international payment needed.

Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime from inside the app. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle so you get full value from the current period.

No. Estavik works fully offline. Add properties, log customers, and manage follow-ups with zero signal. Everything syncs automatically when internet returns. A small indicator shows sync status.
