Agree the brokerage in rupees before the site visit, not after the buyer and the owner have met. Enter the price, the commission percent, and how many brokers share it. The page splits the pool. It does not decide what a fair percent is, and it is not legal advice.
If the price is Rs.80,00,000 and the commission is 2%, the pool is Rs.1,60,000. A 60/40 split is Rs.96,000 and Rs.64,000. A rental works the same way if you type the figure the percent applies to. If your town charges one month’s rent instead of a percent, put that rupee amount as the price and set the percent to 100, then split 50/50 or whatever you agreed. Write the sentence down. The Commission Protect screen in the app stores the other broker’s acceptance and the time.
The shares must add to 100. If they do not, the page shows an error instead of a tidy wrong number. Rupees are rounded to the nearest rupee. The last broker receives the remainder so the shares add up to the rounded pool.
