One phone. Your listings, customers, and follow-ups.

A solo broker’s office is a phone, a notebook, and four WhatsApp groups. In the morning you answer “any plot near the bypass?” At noon you meet an owner who talks in cents or sq ft, depending on the city. In the evening you cannot remember which buyer wanted east facing. Estavik is that notebook, with the owner’s number kept out of the forwards.

A day, rewritten

The owner messages a voice note. You paste it into the parser, correct the city, and save. The number sits in the vault. You match the plot to two buyers who already asked for that size. You send each a customer link, not the owner’s chat. After the visit you set a follow-up for tomorrow. None of that required a laptop.

If the site had no signal, you still wrote the listing on the phone. Sync waits. See offline.

What the free plan is for

Five active listings and 10 photos on each is enough to test the habit with real stock, not a demo. You get customer links and 3 AI parses a month. You do not get a public portfolio, staff, or Commission Protect on the free plan. When the notebook is actually in use, Basic at Rs.249 a month adds the portfolio and one staff seat. Free plan: 5 listings, 10 photos each, 3 AI text queries a month. Basic is Rs.249, Pro Rs.449, Platinum Rs.999 per month, before tax. Paid plans add 18% GST.

You do not need a city office for this. Brokers in Chennai apartments and brokers in Nagercoil plots use the same screens. Local words change. The job does not. Start from the India page or the Tamil Nadu page if you want the local unit first.

What to stop keeping in the personal chat

Pin the owner’s number inside the listing vault, not as a phone contact named after the plot. Pin the buyer’s budget on the customer card, not in a note to yourself that you will not find. Pin the next call on a follow-up, not as an unread chat you hope to remember. The personal WhatsApp can stay the place you talk. It should stop being the only place the business exists.

Five listings are enough for a week of real work, not a toy demo. When the sixth live property arrives, move to Basic or archive a dead one. Ten photos is enough for a plot: road, four sides, any stone, any problem. You do not need a cinema reel on the free plan.
