A broker’s listing book for every state

Estavik is a property app and CRM for brokers across India. Mediators are the same job under the word many people in Tamil Nadu still use. The screens are for a person who keeps listings on a phone, shares them on WhatsApp, and cannot afford to leak the owner’s number.

What is already true in every state

We do not publish a city page until it has real area names, the unit people say aloud, and one sample listing marked as an example. Copying one paragraph and swapping the city name would waste your time. The first city pages are in Tamil Nadu, because that is where the first local notes were written. They are not a limit on who can install the app.

Start here

If your city is not listed, use the app anyway. Write localities the way your buyers search. Use the unit converter when the buyer and the deed disagree. Use the commission calculator before a co-broker visit. Read land units across India before you treat a bigha as if it were a cent.

Portals such as 99acres, MagicBricks, and Housing.com are where many buyers browse. Estavik is not those sites. It is the book that sits behind your WhatsApp.

Area names and the unit said there

These are real place names and the unit brokers usually say aloud. They are not a ranking and not a price list. Only four Tamil Nadu cities have their own page so far.

Example only. This is not a live listing, not a customer, and not a price guide.

Example Bengaluru plot paste
Residential plot Whitefield Bengaluru. 2 gunta (2,178 sq ft, about 242 sq yards). East facing. Asking price left blank on purpose so this page is not a rate card. Owner number stays in the vault. The buyer gets the broker link.

Questions

Yes. The app supports English, Tamil, Hindi, Malayalam, and Kannada. City pages exist first for four Tamil Nadu cities because those pages have local notes.

No. Those are portals where buyers browse. Estavik is the broker’s own listing book and WhatsApp sharing tool.

A city page is published only with real area names and a sample listing. We will not swap the city name into a copied paragraph.

What a broker should open first

If you are new, start with the free plan and one real listing, not a sample. Put the owner’s number in the vault. Send yourself the link. Confirm the number is absent. Then send it to a real buyer. If you work plots, open the converter and add square feet next to the local unit. If you work with another broker this week, open the commission calculator before you leave for the site. The feature pages explain each of those tools. The city pages are optional reading. The app is not.

Keep the owner’s number on your phone

Estavik is free to start: 5 listings and 10 photos each. Paid plans are Rs.249, Rs.449, and Rs.999 per month, + 18% GST.
