• Singanallur: buyers who compare it with Peelamedu on price.

For a house, write sq ft and cents if the plot under the house is how the owner speaks. For open land, cent is the word. 1 cent = 435.6 sq ft. If someone says ground, they may be using the Chennai word. Ask whether they mean 2,400 sq ft or a local round number, then put the sq ft in the caption.
