Paste the chat. Estavik fills the listing.

A broker’s raw material is a messy chat: size, facing, price, and a landmark, often in Tanglish, sometimes in Tamil or Hindi, sometimes as a voice note from the bike. Typing that into a form at 9 pm is how listings stay stuck in WhatsApp. Estavik’s parser reads the message and fills the listing. Nothing is saved until you tap OK.

What you can paste

Paste the text, or share the WhatsApp message into Estavik. Speak a voice note on Pro and Platinum, where voice queries are included. The parser looks for type, place, size, facing, rooms, and price. Indian units are part of the job: cent, ground, gunta, sq ft, lakh, and crore. “85 lakhs” and “1.2 crore” should land as prices, not as random numbers.

Example only. This is not a live listing, not a customer, and not a price guide.

Example paste, not a real owner
3 cent veettu thidal east pakkam Anna Nagar Nagercoil bus stand kita 22 lakh

Read that as a house site of 3 cent, east facing, Anna Nagar, Nagercoil, near the bus stand, asking about 22 lakh. Anna Nagar exists in more than one city, so you still confirm the city before you save. The same check matters for “Gandhi Nagar” and “KK Nagar”.

Where the owner’s number goes

If the paste includes a phone number and you mark it as the owner, it goes to the owner vault, not the public description. Check that field before you save. The parser is an assistant. You are the person who knows whether “22” meant 22 lakh or 22 cent.

Limits, in plain numbers

Free: 3 text parses a month. Basic: 30 text. Pro: 150 text and 30 voice. Platinum: 500 text and 100 voice. One query is one parse, text or voice. If you are over the limit, you can still type the listing by hand. The offline save does not depend on the parser.

Tamil script and Tanglish both belong here. Hindi descriptions are supported too. A full walkthrough is in how brokers add listings from a chat. Unit words are listed in the glossary and the converter.

Correct these fields every time

The parser is useful because chats are messy, and it is dangerous if you save without reading. Check the city when the area name is common. Anna Nagar, Gandhi Nagar, and KK Nagar are not unique. Check the unit. “3” next to cent is not “3” next to ground, and a ground in Chennai is 2,400 sq ft, not 3 cent. Check whether “22” was 22 lakh or 22 thousand rent. Check that a phone number in the paste landed in the vault and not in the public description.

Voice notes from a bike will mis-hear a locality. Play the note back if the area looks wrong. On the free plan you have 3 text parses a month, so use them on the long chats and type the short ones yourself. Pro and Platinum add voice counts because that is when the microphone starts to matter on site visits.

Keep the owner’s number on your phone
