What to capture before you lose the light

On a plot, the facts that disappear are the ones you meant to “remember in the car”. Walk the boundaries and note who occupies each side, even if you only write “neighbour built a compound on the east”. Photograph the approach from the main road, then the site, then any marking stone. If the owner is with you, put their number in the vault on the spot, not in the camera roll under a contact named “plot anna”.

Signal often returns in pieces. A phone may send one photo and fail the next. Leave the sync alone until you are on a stable connection, then open the listing and see that the photos and the vault field both arrived. Send the WhatsApp link only after that check. A link sent from a half-synced draft is how a buyer gets a page with no photos and calls you angry.
